Terms of sale

These Terms of Sale govern purchases made on the Diglot platform (joindiglot.com), operated by Michel Hognerud, sole proprietor registered in France under SIREN 499 229 490.

By subscribing to a paid plan on Diglot, you accept these Terms in full.

1. Subscription plans

Diglot offers both monthly and annual subscription plans (the “Premium Plan”), which provide access to additional content and features beyond the free tier.

Prices and plan details are displayed at checkout and may vary by currency or region.

2. Automatic renewal

All subscriptions are set to renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly), unless cancelled beforehand.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. No charges will be made after cancellation unless reactivated.

3. Payment and invoicing

Payments are securely processed by Stripe.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and privacy practices.

A payment receipt and invoice are automatically sent to your registered email address after each successful transaction.

4. Immediate access and waiver of withdrawal rights

As per Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, digital content delivered immediately upon purchase is not subject to the 14-day withdrawal right if you give your express consent and waive your right of withdrawal.

By subscribing to Diglot Premium, you acknowledge and accept:

that the service begins immediately after payment,
that you lose your right to withdraw once access is granted.

This is clearly stated at the time of purchase.

5. Refund policy

By default, no refunds are provided once the subscription period has started, except in cases required by law.

If you believe a billing error occurred or exceptional circumstances apply, you may contact us at contact@joindiglot.com and we will review your case individually.

6. Account cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
Your access to Premium content will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Account deletion can be requested by contacting us at contact@joindiglot.com. This will permanently erase your personal data, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. International access

Diglot is accessible worldwide, but we do not guarantee the availability or legal compliance of the Service in every country. You are responsible for ensuring that access to the Service is legal in your jurisdiction.

Prices may be converted and taxes applied depending on local regulations and Stripe's payment infrastructure.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, or these Terms of Sale at any time.
You will be notified of any significant changes affecting your subscription in advance. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, you may contact us at contact@joindiglot.com, or refer the matter to the competent consumer mediation authority or the courts of Pau, France, unless otherwise required by your local consumer protection laws.
